Plain yogurt
Honey
Lime juice and zest for the flavor.
Crushed biscuits
Tiwani Spirulina Powder
Directions
- Assemble everything in a bowl then add the mixture to your popsicle mold. If you like to intensify the color, blend the mix, this will incorporate the spirulina powder well into the rest of the ingredients and produce a richer green color.
- Once you have your mixture ready, it’s time to add it to the popsicle molds. You could involve the kids here as they pour the mixture into the molds and have fun doing it. I’ve included a fun way of finishing off the popsicles by adding some crushed biscuits to add some crunch. You could involve the kids in crushing and adding the biscuits to the popsicles.
- Refrigerate the popsicles for at least 6-8 hours and if you can, overnight would be better and it’s a sure way of having them well set.
