Ingredients

  • Baobab Smoothie
  • 1 apple, chopped

  • 2 handfuls of spinach

  • 1 heaped tsp of baobab powder

  • Juice of half a lime

  • 300ml of water

  • Spirulina Smoothie
  • 150g frozen banana, peeled and chopped

  • 200ml almond milk

  • 150g fresh blueberries

  • 80g frozen pineapple

  • 1-2 tablespoon spirulina powder

  • Moringa Smoothie
  • 150g fresh strawberries

  • 200ml unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked in blender with milk for 10 min)

  • 10g fresh mint

  • 10g fresh mint

  • 100g of white quinoa

  • 1 tbsp moringa powder

  • Tumeric Smoothie
  • 240ml unsweetened plant milk of choice

  • 140g frozen mango chunks

  • 1 peeled, quartered and frozen orange

  • 60g frozen banana

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp turmeric

Directions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth then pour into a glass and enjoy. You can add in any sweetener of your choice to these recipes or swap out the plant milk for cow or goat milk.
