Graduate Management Traineeship
Greenspoon is Kenya’s online store for people who care about what they eat. We believe that getting the best and the greatest products should not be a hassle. We work 365 days per year to get products directly from Kenya’s best farmers, artisans, and producers to our customer’s kitchens, at the touch of a button. With our model, we are digitizing the physical retail landscape at a rapid pace. Our philosophy is all about customer excellence, traceability of products, treating our partners fairly, and sustainability.
Over the two last years, we have grown 6 times. Growing a business brings many challenges and while we are doing well, we still have many logistical processes to improve and challenges to solve. We need to work on our infrastructure to facilitate this growth. Today we are looking for Kenya’s best talent to help us grow.
The Role
Are you ready to kickstart your career in fall 2023? Do you want to gain experience working in a fast-paced environment? Greenspoon is looking for Graduate Management Trainees to help us grow our business. Given the phase of the business, start-up to scale-up, there are a myriad of interesting problems to solve. The work is very dynamic and working with Greenspoon will be an unforgettable start to your career.
Trainees will rotationally work in different departments to support us with the most pressing issues we have at each moment, for instance in:
- Finance, systems, and management accounting
- Procurement strategy
- Logistics and warehousing
- Learning & development
- Product & assortment management
- Marketing, sales & growth
We will provide you with training and on-the-job coaching. You will have a personal development budget that you can use to pursue more training or buy relevant books for instance. The contract is initially for one year, and if successful we will give you an offer to join us in the department that suits you the best.

Qualifications:
- Excellent academic achievement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s level in business, finance, engineering, or similar
- Proven entrepreneurial spirit
- 0-2 years work experience
- Ready to work in a fast-paced environment
