Gochujang is a spicy, sweet and savoury red chilli paste that is popularly used as a condiment in Korea. If you know what miso tastes like, you can imagine that sweetness and mild spiciness are added to the gochujang.
Gochujang can be used for many purposes such as hot pot, stir-fries, and dipping sauce. If it’s too thick for cooking, you can simply add some little water to dilute it. Adding some soy sauce, vinegar, or sake will also be a good idea!
This product has a shelf life of 1 year once stored in a fridge.
