Angelo Montepulciano d’Abruzzo is made by MGM Mondo del Vino, a company founded in 1991 by three winemakers Alfeo Martini, Roger Gabb and Christoph Mack. Working together with partner growers across Italy, they manage every stage of the winemaking process to ensure that their wines are both delicious and representative of the region of origin. A super-juicy wine, with masses of black cherry fruit, a smooth, round texture, and a light dusting of Montepulciano spice.
Tasting notes: it offers a well-balanced palate of acidity and tannins, delivering flavors of red fruit, black pepper, tobacco, or cocoa.
Food pairing: Its long and satisfying finish makes it a versatile choice for various occasions, pairing excellently with roasted meats, tomato-based pasta dishes, medium to aged cheeses, and charcuterie platters, making it a delightful complement to meals featuring rich flavors and hearty ingredients.
