Backsberg Summer Berry Rosé, 2022

Backsberg celebrates five generations of winemaking heritage. A celebration of summer, this fresh and juicy rosé epitomizes lazy days and dappled sun rays . The fruit is cool-picked later in the harvest at 20 degrees Balling and treated similarly to white wine. Color and primary fruit flavors are extracted from skin maceration. The grapes are then cool fermented in stainless steel tanks for early consumption.
