This iconic Irish whiskey is triple distilled using techniques that date back to 1740, before being aged for a minimum of four years in a combination of ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks. It’s best enjoyed with a ginger and lime cocktail with friends.
TASTING NOTES
Nose : A light floral fragrance, peppered with spicy wood and sweet notes.
Palate : The perfect balance of spicy, nutty and vanilla notes with hints of sweet sherry and exceptional smoothness.
Finish : Smooth, lingering finish.
