La Mascota Cabernet Sauvignon has been produced in very limited quantities from our finest vineyard, La Mascota. The Vineyard is in one of the oldest and most prestigious wine regions in Mendoza. This intense Cabernet Sauvignon is aged 12 months. Ageing happens in American and French oak barrels. The wine expresses the aromas of cassis and raspberry jam with an elegant touch of roasted pepper and chocolate.Food Pairing: This Cabernet Sauvignon is ideal to combine with pasta, red meats, or mature soft cheeses.
