Mucho Más Sauvignon Blanc – 750ml

Grapes of the Garnacha, Bobal, and Tempranillo varietals are used to make this wine. In order to produce a Rosé with a light color, these are carefully watched to achieve optimum maturity while reducing the concentration of anthocyanins. Juices with good acidity and freshness are also permitted, which is ideal for this wine style. To produce highly clean musts, each variety is given a unique treatment that includes a brief maceration period of about two to three hours, followed by very gentle pressing and static draining. Similar to white wines, the fermentations occur at relatively low temperatures of 12–14 C with lengthy lees contact for 3–4 months before assembly and bottling.

Tasting Notes
Pale pink in color with intensely bright reflections. The nose is dominated by the aromas of red fruits. On the palate, it is fresh and moreish, with a perfect balance
between fruit and acidity, highlighting its harmony and sweet sensation. A smooth and persistent final.
