Pervak Crafted Homemade Wheat Vodka

The secret of the ancient formula of this Pervak is in its double distillation. The makers double-distilled the aromatic spirit of rye breadcrumbs, added to it the grain spirit and the best drinking water. They also added the aromatic spirit of lime blossom and a bit of sugar syrup.

It’s sweet, with very mild medicinality on the palate. Quite neutral, with a touch of honey on the finish, along with a bit of a floral element. Otherwise it’s a very straightforward and almost simple vodka, a definitive mixer and quite a pleasure on its own, too

Serve it with ham baked in herbs until crisp.
