Procera Red Dot is a powerful and bold gin designed to be used in classic drinks such as negroni, red snapper, and martinez, alongside more robust contemporary serves. Possessing an extraordinary spiciness and complex umami depth, Procera Red Dot was designed specifically with cocktails in mind and has the incredible intensity and breadth of flavor to stylishly stand up to and complement a vast array of other flavors. With the addition of our bespoke Red Dot salt, the flavor of mixed drinks can be further intensified and heightened to a new level of layered complexity.

Produced with cocktails in mind, our botanical salts are intended to further accentuate and lift the flavors of Procera in mixed drinks. They are made by combining the respective finely ground botanicals from each gin with Indian Ocean sea salt from Zanzibar.

Procera Red Dot has been created specifically for use in classic gin cocktails such as Negroni, Red Snapper, and Martinez and has savory, peppery, and herbaceous character alongside juniper and citrus.
