Tasting Notes;

The enchanting scents begin with a lively floral essence, leading the way to abundant notes of ripe black cherries, plum, and blackcurrant. The application of oak is delicate yet reinforcing, enhancing the fragrance with hints of oak spice and traces of graphite. The palate achieves harmony, with well-balanced acidity contributing to a luxurious and velvety texture.

Food pairing:
Combine with excellent red meat, eg fillet or chateaubriand, or with a coq au vin, ossobucco or lamb casseroles. Can be served with hard cheeses.
