Smoking Wood Chips – 1Kg

These sticks are created from seasonal prunings of Kenyan trees grown without the use of toxic pesticides, and they are cut into manageable chunks for ease of usage. There is no need to soak the pieces before using them; 4 to 5 pieces will smoke for about an hour.

Use: Fill the removable tray that holds the ashes beneath the liner with a tiny quantity of Cookswell Smoking Wood. Hot coals will slowly smolder the wood as they fall through the holes, producing premium smoke for meats, vegetables, and more! As an alternative way to produce additional smoke, place a few sticks directly over the oven’s coals and cover them with more ash.

If you intend to bake in your oven as well, keep it clean. The smoke accumulation from each user will give the other foods you make a smokey flavor. The weight of each bag is around 500 grams.
