Vergelegen Florence Rosé, 2023

Established on February 1, 1700, Vergelegen, which means “situated far away,” has been owned by notable explorers and visionaries. Each, in their own unique way, has played a role in shaping Vergelegen into what it is today: a top-notch estate.

Enjoy the delightful taste of freshly picked red berries in a rose gold liquid, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. Their goal was to craft the ideal summer wine, perfect for outdoor lunches, barbecues, and picnics.

Vinification: Grapes were hand-picked and whole bunches pressed to limit color and phenolic extraction. The grapes were very carefully pressed until a recovery of circa 500 l/ton.
