This wine has a lovely light green color. The aroma reveals delicate notes of citrus, white flowers, honey, and spice. It’s finely focused, intricate, and well-balanced, featuring a crisp acidity.

Food Pairing: mussel soup, salmon, grilled Yellowtail, and chicken. It’s also fantastic with seared tuna and scallops.
