Delicious fish cakes from the Food Fairy are just what you need of a lazy night in. Made with sustainably caught red snapper from Kentuna, and locally sourced ingredients, these are wholesome and delicious. Serve with a side of veggies.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN **Not suitable for microwaves**
·Preheat oven.
·Remove from container and place on a baking tray.
·Cook for 40 mins, turning over halfway through.
·Make sure they are piping hot when they come out of the oven.
·WAIT 5 minutes before serving – they need to rest to be at their best.
Oven settings: Fan 180°C | Electric 200C|Gas Mark 6
Defrost Instructions:Â Keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hrs.
