2 slices Kenyan country loaf
1 burrata
1 cucumber, sliced
2 tbsp blanched green split peas
2 tbsp pomegranate
1 tbsp Everything but the bagel Seasoning
1 tbsp chili oil

Directions
- Slice the bread, drizzle olive oil over, toast the bread under the grill in the oven, add the burrata on the toast and garnish with a handful of cold but freshly blanched peas, pomegranate, everything but the bagel seasoning and micro greens drizzle chili oil and serve.
