Frozen Yoghurt Bark

450g plain Bio yoghurt
1 tsp baobab powder
1 tsp gum arabic
2 tblsp raw honey
1 punnet blueberries
1 punnet raspberries
1/3 cup pistachios
50g melted 70% Absolute chocolate
Directions
- Whisk the yoghurt, baobab powder, gum arabic and honey together until you get a smooth result
- Spread with a spatula over a baking sheet, lined with baking paper. Top with the fruit and pistachios.
You can mix this up with goji berries or diced dried fruit - Zig zag the melted chocolate across it.
Pop in the freezer for at least 6 hours and then break up into bark and enjoy!
