Chocolate brownies with raspberries
Course: RecipesLooking for a way to woo someone special this Valo? I’ve got you just the thing: these dark chocolate brownies spiked with fresh raspberries are a match made in heaven. Just like you and Mr X. Or Ms X. Pull these out of the bag and I think you’ll have it in the bag as it were 😉
INGREDIENTS
200g Absolute dark (70%) chocolate, chopped
60g Brown’s unsalted butter
90g Fairleigh’s brown sugar
60ml Bio whipping cream
3 Emakoko eggs
35g plain flour
250g raspberries
Directions
- Melt the chocolate, butter, sugar and cream together.Â
- Whisk the eggs and flour together and then slowly add the chocolate mix.Â
- Pour into your baking tray of choice (it should be prepared – i.e. smeared with butter), and put into an oven at 150 degrees c for 35 – 40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.Â
- Serve with chocolate ganache or plain cream (I prefer the latter, as they are already quite rich).
