Hot Dog Buns
Butter at room temperature
2 Kentuna lobster tails
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp black pepper
Ma Cuisine garlic mayonnaise
chopped chives

Directions
- Add the lobster tails to a pot of salted boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes. Place in ice water to cool.
- Using kitchen shears, cut the shell & gently remove the meat. Roughly chop & set aside.
- Melt some butter in a pan & swirl the cut lobster to coat. Remove from pan.
- Combine spices in a bowl then grind to make a powder for sprinkling.
- Butter the sides of the buns then toast on a hot pan. Slice lenghthwise & add some mayo.
- Add buttered lobster then sprinkle with spice mix & top with chives. Enjoy!
