INGREDIENTS

  • 1.2 kg assorted chicken wings

  • 2 teaspoons garam masala

  • 1 tablespoon mixed herbs

  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1.5 teaspoons salt

  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • Sesame seeds (optional)

  • Cooking oil for shallow frying

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix garam masala, mixed herbs, cayenne pepper, and salt. Coat the chicken wings generously.
  • Heat oil in a shallow pan over medium heat.
  • Place seasoned chicken wings in the pan, ensuring not to overcrowd. Shallow fry until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally for even cooking.
  • In a separate bowl, mix tomato sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce to create a flavorful glaze.
  • Once the chicken wings are crispy, toss them in the prepared sauce, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds for added texture and flavor.
