1 bunch lemongrass
5 ripe tree tomatoes
Raspberry jalapeno jam
Passionfruit curd
Raspberries

Directions
- Mellow Mellon: Muddle fruit chunks with gin, lime, and syrup, add ice, shake, and double strain. Pour in a glass over ice and top up.
- The Exotic Oasis: In a shaker, add gin, syrup, passionfruit curd, lime, ice and shake. Pour in a glass over crushed Ice.
- Spicy Fiesta: In a shaker, add the jam, gin, lime & syrup. Stir until well mixed. Pour in glass ice and top up with tonic.
- The Tango Fizz: In a shaker, muddle the tree tomatoes, gin, lime, and syrup. Add ice and shake, double strain into a glass of choice.
