Farm Fresh Chilli coriander stir fry
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup peanut sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Sunflower seeds for garnish
Directions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add tofu or chicken slices and stir-fry until cooked through. (Optional)
- In the same pan, add more oil if needed and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add Farm Fresh Chilli coriander stir-fry and cook till tender.
- In a bowl, mix peanut sauce (peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, ginger, and garlic.). Pour over the vegetables and add the cooked tofu or chicken. Toss until well coated.
- Garnish with sunflower seeds and serve over rice or noodles.
