INGREDIENTS

  • Farm Fresh Chilli coriander stir fry

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1/2 cup peanut sauce

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

  • Sunflower seeds for garnish

Directions

  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add tofu or chicken slices and stir-fry until cooked through. (Optional)
  • In the same pan, add more oil if needed and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  • Add Farm Fresh Chilli coriander stir-fry and cook till tender.
  • In a bowl, mix peanut sauce (peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, ginger, and garlic.). Pour over the vegetables and add the cooked tofu or chicken. Toss until well coated.
  • Garnish with sunflower seeds and serve over rice or noodles.
