As a radiantly red and bittersweet Italian aperitif, Campari awakens the senses with a bold blend of herbs and spices. This dark-red alcoholic liqueur is obtained from the infusion of herbs and fruits in alcohol and water. Campari has prominent uses in cocktails and is commonly served with water or citrus juice. Signature serves include Campari beer, Negroni, and Campari Tonic.
Campari is made using alcohol and water. They are infused with a carefully selected mix of bitter herbs, fruit and aromatic plants (including chinotto and cascarilla)
