Caroline’s Cake Mix is simplifying baking. Whip up the fun with these moist and delicious cake, cookies and pancake mixes. Not only do they simplify your life, but also have gluten-free options!
Just add eggs, butter(or margarine or any oil of your choice) and water. To make an eggless variant, replace each egg with 55g of sparkling water or 220g/ml of plain yoghurt!
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius. Grease the baking pan and lightly flour to avoid sticking. For cupcakes, line the cupcake tin with cupcake wrappers.
- In a large bowl, add the cake mix, butter(or margarine or any oil of your choice), milk or water, eggs and a whisk until well combined. Pour into the baking pan or fill the cupcake wrappers.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Cool completely.
Ingredients: Cassava Flour, Sugar, Vanilla, Cocoa, Red Colour, Powdered Milk and Leavening Agents.
