For almost anything, Homechef’s gluten-free all-purpose blend is ideal! In particular, for recipes calling for sticky dough, Nutrisnack specifically formulated this to replace regular wheat flour 1:1. Use Homechef all-purpose flour to make Chapati, mandazi (doughnuts), pancakes, muffins, cakes and just about every confectionery. Not only is it nutrient-dense, but it is also simple to knead.
The best place to store something is somewhere dry and cold.
