Established in 2007 by the late Kamande Njenga and his wife, Els Breet, Mlango Farm has blossomed from neglected but fertile family land into a thriving haven boasting over 60 diverse crops, all cultivated sustainably without chemical pesticides or artificial fertilizers. Under Els’s stewardship and with the help of dedicated hands, the farm supplies top hotels and restaurants in Nairobi daily, and offers weekly farm share basket deliveries to individual households. Additionally, the family home hosts Zanji Art, featuring an art gallery where resident artists showcase their work, creating a vibrant and enriching atmosphere for all visitors.
