Morendat Farm is located on the fresh waters of Lake Naivasha, in the Great Rift Valley. With decades of experience from their professions, Morendat’s expert team of livestock farmers, butchers and chefs work together to rear some of Kenya’s most delicious beef.
Cubed steaks are usually cut from the top sirloin or can also be made with beef from the chuck, or shoulder, portion of the cow. Really, a butcher can make cube steaks from any meat on the animal, but they’re typically made with tougher cuts of meat.
