Morendat Beef New York Strip Loin (Frozen)

Made from cattle that are grass reared and feedlot finished and nourished with an assortment of choice grains and the mineral-rich clear waters of the Great Rift Valley. This results in Morendat’s signature centre cut aged prime marbled tender and flavoursome beef.

The New York Strip steak is cut from the short loin of a cow. This cut can be slow-cooked in an oven, pan seared or grilled.
