Made from cattle that are grass reared and feedlot finished and nourished with an assortment of choice grains and the mineral-rich clear waters of the Great Rift Valley. This results in Morendat’s signature centre cut aged prime marbled tender and flavoursome beef.

These short ribs are taken from the brisket or chuck areas, meaning they’re prized for slow cooking! If done well, the connective tissues break down and the meat just falls off the bone.🤤
