Vinification: Selection of the best grapes. Maceration with the skins for about 8 hours. Slow fermentation lasting 20 days. Then decanted and aged in steel
Aging: At least 6 months in stainless steel tanks, following by not less than 3 months in the bottle
Tasting Notes
Intense salmon-pink in color, with generous aromas of sour cherry, strawberry jam and wild herbs. This wine is fresh, with layers of bright fruit flavor, brisk acidity, and defining minerality that culminate in a long and balanced finish.
