Perfect for one to three hungry people, or split between six, the WHB Rump Steak pack comes in either a pack of one or three steaks. Typically, Rump Steak is denser than its cousins- fillet or sirloin but arguably carries even more flavour. It’s a versatile cut, well suited to a slow roast, or a quick fry. Well Hung Butcher meat is sourced from grass-fed Boran cattle on Borana Ranch and then aged for 21 days making it a darker-looking meat. The ageing process enhances the lusciousness of the meat.
