1 stir-fry pack (200g)Â Farm Fresh Pepper Stir FryÂ
1 cup protein of choice (chicken, beef, tofu) optional
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Green onions for garnish
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Directions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the stir-fry pack of assorted vegetables. Stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce. Pour over the vegetables and add the cooked protein. Toss until well coated.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve over rice or noodles.
