INGREDIENTS

  • 1 stir-fry pack (200g)  Farm Fresh Pepper Stir Fry 

  • 1 cup protein of choice (chicken, beef, tofu) optional

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

  • Green onions for garnish

  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Directions

  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  • Add the stir-fry pack of assorted vegetables. Stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce. Pour over the vegetables and add the cooked protein. Toss until well coated.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve over rice or noodles.
