40ml Rhubarb Syrup
25ml Lime juice
Light tonic and Turmeric and Chilli Tonic top
up
Rhubarb SyrupRhubarb, chopped

Strip of lemon or orange peel
Directions
- Make your rhubarb syrup and cool it down.
- Making Rhubarb Syrup
- Add sugar, rhubarb, water and a lime or lemon peel. Boil, simmer down and sieve.
- Add rhubarb syrup, lime juice, and 5.8 Gin by KO to glass of service over ice cubes.
- Top up with half KO Turmeric and Chili Tonic and half KO Light tonic.
- Garnish with rhubarb and serve.
