INGREDIENTS

  • Farm Fresh Baby Veg Stir Fry

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Directions

  • Heat sesame oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • In the same pan, add more oil if needed and sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant.
  • Add Farm Fresh Baby Veg Pack. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Pour over the vegetables and add the cooked tofu. Toss until well coated.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and serve over rice or noodles.
