2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Sesame seeds for garnish
Directions
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- In the same pan, add more oil if needed and sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant.
- Add Farm Fresh Baby Veg Pack. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Pour over the vegetables and add the cooked tofu. Toss until well coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve over rice or noodles.
