2 x 200g Bio Greek Yoghurt (or Bio Vegan Coconut Yoghurt)
½ tsp ground cardamom
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
5 strands of saffron
3 tbsp icing sugar
Directions
- Take the yoghurt, and place in a muslin cloth for a few hours, to strain it slightly (if you can’t, don’t worry – you can just skip to the next step). Spoon the yoghurt into a bowl and add the cardamom, nutmeg, saffron and icing sugar.
- Mix well and pour into whatever you want to serve in. Keep in the fridge for at least a few hours before serving.
- Garnish with some dried rose petals and saffron strands.
