Simple Roasted Edamame Beans

Use the best quality edamame beans from our Freshly Veg Box for this yummy recipe!

INGREDIENTS

100g edamame
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sumac
½ tsp black pepper

 

METHOD

Toss all ingredients together and roast at 180*C for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Snack on, add to flatbread, salads, or use as a side dish for your meat.
