Tonic Water

Dried rosemary leaves (for burning and garnish)
Lemon peel (for garnish)
Directions
- Take a small bunch of dried rosemary leaves and ignite them until they start producing smoke.
- Place an upside-down cocktail glass over the smoking rosemary to capture the aroma. Let the glass sit over the rosemary for a minute or two to infuse the smoke into the glass.
- Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Pour 1 part of orange juice, 1 part of lime juice, and 1 part of limoncello liqueur into the shaker.
- Add a desired amount of gin, depending on your preference for alcohol strength.
- Gently shake the mixture to combine the ingredients and chill the mixture.
- Remove the cocktail glass from the smoked rosemary.
- Fill the smoked glass with ice cubes. Place a twist of lemon peel into the glass.
- Strain the mixed cocktail from the shaker into the smoked and garnished glass.
- Pour chilled Tonic Water into the glass, leaving some space at the top for fizz.
- Take a fresh sprig of rosemary and lightly smack it to release its aromatic oils.
- Optional: Place the rosemary sprig as a garnish in the cocktail glass.
