INGREDIENTS

  • 1 stir-fry pack (200g) Farm Fresh Oriental Stir Fry 

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish

  • 1 tablespoon mirin

  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add tofu cubes and stir-fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside. (Optional.)
  • In the same pan, add more oil if needed and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the stir-fry pack and cook till vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, mirin, and honey. Pour over the vegetables and add the cooked tofu. Toss until well coated.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and serve over rice or noodles.
