Chicken breasts 500g
1 tablespoon poussin sauce
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
Pineapple
Bamboo skewers
2 zucchinis
Wild bush honey
Cherry tomatoes
Red or white onions
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the chicken chunks with poussin sauce, cumin, garlic powder, and lemon pepper seasoning. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
- While the chicken is marinating, prepare your skewers. Thread the marinated chicken onto the bamboo skewers, alternating with pineapple chunks, zucchini rounds, cherry tomatoes, and onion chunks.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. You can lightly oil the skillet to prevent sticking if needed.
- Once the skillet is hot, place the skewers on it. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
- Once cooked, remove the skewers from the skillet and place them on a serving plate. Drizzle with wild bush honey for a touch of sweetness. Serve hot and enjoy!
