250g cheddar cheese, sliced
250g brie cheese, cut into wedges
1 apple, sliced
1 orange, peeled and segmented
Assorted nuts (almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews, and macadamia)
1 bunch of grapes, separated into small clusters
1 kiwi, sliced
250g blueberries
250g strawberries, hulled and halved
250g blackberries
250g raspberries
1 kiwi fruit
Pomegranate seeds
Cured meats of choice (prosciutto, salami, and smoked turkey, for example)
Directions
- Arrange the rosemary sprigs on the serving board in the shape of a Christmas tree.
- Place the cheddar cheese slices on one side of the tree, forming the bottom layer. Arrange the brie cheese wedges on the other side, creating the second layer.
- Spread apple slices and orange segments among the cheeses, creating a colorful and festive mix.
- Group the assorted nuts in small clusters around the board.
- Scatter clusters of grapes, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries throughout the board.
- Place slices of kiwi on the board, to add a vibrant green color to the arrangement.
- Sprinkle pomegranate seeds generously across the board.
