1 large bunch of fresh basil leaves; save the stems for your next batch of pesto
500g caster sugar
300g mascarpone
1.2 litres of natural yoghurt
Directions
- Blend the basil leaves with the sugar in a food processor, then combine with the other ingredients. Pour into an ice-cream maker and churn for 20 minutes. If you don’t have an ice-cream maker, pack into plastic containers, for 15 minutes in the freezer before serving. We love ours with sumac roasted strawberries.
