Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Directions

• Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
• Melt approximately 180g of any chocolate of choice (dark, white, or milk) on stove in heatproof bowl or in microwave for 10-sec intervals until chocolate is completely melted. Wash and towel-dry strawberries.
• Dip strawberries in melted chocolate and place on baking tray lined with parchment paper. If desired, after dipping in chocolate dip strawberries in choice of toppings (ie. Coconut shavings or roughly chopped nuts). Set aside to dry.
• Use strawberries to eat alone as a quick week-night semi-healthy dessert or for your cake decorations or even in your ice-cream!
