INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

  • 1/2 cup sugar (adjust according to taste and sweetness of berries)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 can (14 ounces) condensed milk

  • 2 cups fresh whipping cream

  • A pinch of salt

Directions

  • Begin by chopping two cups of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries).
  • In a saucepan, cook the berries with 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice until the mixture thickens (about 5-7 minutes). Let it cool.
  • Combine the cooled berry sauce with a can of condensed milk in a large bowl.
  • Whip 2 cups of fresh cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the berry mixture, add a pinch of salt, and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a container, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
