1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 can (14 ounces) condensed milk
2 cups fresh whipping cream

Directions
- Begin by chopping two cups of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries).
- In a saucepan, cook the berries with 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice until the mixture thickens (about 5-7 minutes). Let it cool.
- Combine the cooled berry sauce with a can of condensed milk in a large bowl.
- Whip 2 cups of fresh cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the berry mixture, add a pinch of salt, and mix well.
