1 kg green granny smith apples.
250g sugar.
2 cups of vodka.
Dried ginger.
2 1/2 cups of water.
Directions
- Clean the apples from the seeds and grate them. Pour them into a large 3-liter jar and add the vodka.
- Close the jar and place it in a dark and cool place, where it will be left for 25 days.
- Then strain the mixture through a cheesecloth.
- Boil the water and sugar on the stove. Add the cinnamon and ginger. Remove it from the heat and add the apple liquid.
- Strain and pour it into bottles. Store the bottles in a dark place and leave them there for 10 days.
- After that, your homemade apple liqueur is ready for consumption.
