Kids crustless quiches


2 tblsp butter
1 onion roughly chopped
250g ham roughly chopped
4 eggs
2 egg yolks
500ml cream
Salt and pepper
100g cheddar grated


Heat the oven to 180. Fry the onions in butter until soft. Add the ham for a couple of minutes and then remove from the heat. 

Whisk together the eggs and yolks and cream with some salt and pepper. 

Grease a large 12 cup muffin pan. 

Spoon the onion and ham mixture into the bases of the muffin pan. Sprinkle over the cheese. Pour the egg and cream mix over that until it’s about 1mm from the top. Bake for about 25 mins until it’s set and the top is golden. Cool for 10 mins and remove from tin. Serve hot or cold.
