750g chicken drumsticks
- For The Chicken Marinade:
3 tablespoons salted butter
1/2 cup natural yogurt
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon ginger powder
2 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons tomato paste
- For The Kebabs:
500g minced beef
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons garam masala
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped coriander
1 medium onion, finely chopped

Directions
- In a bowl, mix salted butter, natural yogurt, salt, garam masala, ginger Powder, Lime Juice, and Tomato Paste. Coat chicken pieces well and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Cook your rice according to package instructions.
- In another bowl, combine minced beef, salt, garam masala, breadcrumbs, chopped coriander, and finely chopped onion. Form into kebab shapes.
- Grill or pan-fry kebabs until browned and cooked through.
- Arrange the marinated chicken and kebabs on a platter. Serve alongside the cooked rice. Feel free to add extra items like mushrooms and potatoes!
