INGREDIENTS

  • 750g chicken drumsticks

  • For The Chicken Marinade:
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter

  • 1/2 cup natural yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoons garam masala

  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste

  • For The Kebabs:
  • 500g minced beef

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoons garam masala

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • Rice

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix salted butter, natural yogurt, salt, garam masala, ginger Powder, Lime Juice, and Tomato Paste. Coat chicken pieces well and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.
  • Cook your rice according to package instructions.
  • In another bowl, combine minced beef, salt, garam masala, breadcrumbs, chopped coriander, and finely chopped onion. Form into kebab shapes.
  • Grill or pan-fry kebabs until browned and cooked through.
  • Arrange the marinated chicken and kebabs on a platter. Serve alongside the cooked rice. Feel free to add extra items like mushrooms and potatoes!
