Ingredients
4 Ololo chicken patties.
4 burger buns.
Rocket mayonnaise.
Microgreens.
Lettuce of choice
Tomatoes
Cheese
Ketchup
Directions
- Heat some oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the Ololo chicken patties with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken patties in the skillet for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Once cooked, place a slice of cheese on top of each patty and let it melt slightly.
- Slice the burger buns in half and lightly toast them if desired.
- Spread a generous amount of rocket mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun.
- Place a cooked Ololo chicken patty with melted cheese on top of the mayo.
- Add some microgreens, lettuce leaves, and a couple of tomatoes, bell peppers, and onion slices on each patty.
- Drizzle ketchup over the tomatoes.
- Finally, place the top half of the bun on each burger.
- Serve the Ololo Chicken Burgers with a side of crispy fries.
- You can also add additional toppings like pickles or caramelized onions, depending on your preference.
