  • 4 Ololo chicken patties.

  • 4 burger buns.

  • Rocket mayonnaise.

  • Microgreens.

  • Lettuce of choice

  • Tomatoes

  • Cheese

  • Ketchup


  •  Heat some oil in a skillet over medium heat.  Season the Ololo chicken patties with salt and pepper.  Cook the chicken patties in the skillet for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown.

  • Once cooked, place a slice of cheese on top of each patty and let it melt slightly.
  • Slice the burger buns in half and lightly toast them if desired.
  • Spread a generous amount of rocket mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun.
  • Place a cooked Ololo chicken patty with melted cheese on top of the mayo.
  • Add some microgreens, lettuce leaves, and a couple of tomatoes, bell peppers, and onion slices on each patty.
  • Drizzle ketchup over the tomatoes.
  •  Finally, place the top half of the bun on each burger.
  • Serve the Ololo Chicken Burgers with a side of crispy fries.
  • You can also add additional toppings like pickles or caramelized onions, depending on your preference.
