Caroline’s Cupcakes Spicy Cake Mix – 435g

Caroline’s Cake Mix is simplifying baking. Whip up the fun with these moist and delicious cake, cookie, and pancake mixes. Not only do they simplify your life, but they also have gluten-free options!

Just add eggs, butter (or margarine or any oil of your choice), and water. To make an eggless variant, replace each egg with 55g of sparkling water or 220 g/ml of plain yoghurt!

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius. Grease the baking pan and lightly flour it to avoid sticking. For cupcakes, line the cupcake tin with cupcake wrappers.
2. In a large bowl, add the cake mix, butter (or margarine or any oil of your choice), milk or water, eggs, and a whisk until well combined. Pour into the baking pan or fill the cupcake wrappers.
3. Bake for about 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Cool completely.
