Improved Kienyeji chickens are not known for their size or for laying large eggs. You can tell an improved kienyeji chicken by looking at its skin, which usually has a yellow tinge to its color. Due to the amount of exercise that they get, kienyeji chicken requires a longer boiling time compared to broilers, but the end result is the tastiest chicken stew (they are best stewed), with earthy flavors that your taste buds will ever have the pleasure of enjoying!
